Tubes-R-Us brand test tubes are precision molded from premium-grade polystyrene and are for use in routine laboratory analysis and procedures. Polystyrene tubes provide clarity and are appropriate for use with mild acidic (except oxidizing acids) or alkali solutions, alcohols (except higher alcohols) and salt. Polystyrene material contains fewer lubricants and additives than other materials. Internally ribbed 12 x 75 mm tubes are suitable for use in antibody coating and/or protein adsorptions.
